Having difficulty acquiring our litter certificate which we applied for over a month ago. When we open a ticket to address this problem, the ticket process does not allow us to access the ticket status. We get a message that we have attempted log in too many times. Very frustrating and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem. Thank you!
That litter certificate was sent via email attachment in the ticket system on 4/24/2017. I’m not sure why you had issues with receipt but sometimes computers will do weird things and I will look into it. I attached and resent the certificate through the ticket system and will also email it to you privately and follow up with a phone call. Please let me know if you continue having problems. Thank you.
