    I know that this has been addressed in previous threads but it has been a while so I thought I would check to see if anyone has any new experience to share.

    We cannot keep or sell our boar and would very much like to use the meat for something. I have heard different things from different people.

    We are considering making sausage?

    Any thoughts on mixing it with other meat such as deer?

    Any pre or post cull techniques that can tame the meat?

    Any recipes or curing techniques that have worked well?

    All help is greatly appreciated!
