Has anyone had luck selling to resturants? I’m in the mid-eastern part of Tennesse. We are new to breeding and selling, and the only thing I can think of would be to create a website. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.
The thread above has some great info in it. Don’t give up – remember it takes time & alot of work to make a successful business. Maybe even be prepared to give some pork away before you sell any – whet people’s appetites. Check out your Farmer’s Markets.
We get asked regularly if we have a problem selling Large Blacks & we can honestly say “NO but it has taken time to build up our market.” It does not happen overnight.
